Why is my account still being debited for free-flow motorway journeys when I no longer own my vehicle?

When you sell your vehicle, you must deactivate the automatic payment service by deleting the vehicle registration and the associated bank card from your customer account.

The debits associated with your bank card will automatically cease.

To file a claim about undue payments, contact our customer service department with proof of sale of the vehicle.
