By subscribing to a toll tag: just fix the tag to your car’s windscreen, and that’s all! It will not only be detected each time you drive under a free-flow toll gantry but also at all the traditional toll gates in the national motorway network. An invoice will be sent to you every month and your toll charges will be automatically debited from your bank account.

By creating your Sanef customer account on sanef.com: you will be able to activate the automatic payment option after entering your vehicle’s registration number and your bank card. The amount of tolls corresponding to journeys made on the Paris-Normandy free-flow motorway will be automatically debited from your bank account.
72 hours to pay your toll
Perhaps you would prefer to pay after each journey on the A13 and A14 free-flow motorways? If so, your toll must be paid within a period of 72 hours by going:

to the website sanef.com to pay by bank card after entering your vehicle’s registration number. To avoid having to enter your personal information every time you connect to pay, you will be able to record your vehicle registration number and your bank card details in your Sanef customer account.

Don’t miss the payment deadline!
To avoid forgetting to make a payment within 72 hours after your journey and incurring the surcharge of €90, you can subscribe to our “Toll to be paid” notification service. You can activate this free service by creating your Sanef customer account and going to the “My vehicles” section. Notification will be sent to you by email to remind you to pay your tolls before the payment deadline.
