Are all motorways in France going to be transformed into free flow?

Free-flow motorways have only recently been deployed in France. In 2019, the Boulay-Moselle toll on the A4 motorway was the first toll plaza in France to be equipped with this technology. Other motorways have gradually adopted this system. In 2024, the A13 - A14 Paris-Normandy route will be the first French motorway to become totally free flow.
These transformation projects are scheduled to be rolled out over time, in partnership with State departments.
