What's the timeline for the rollout of free-flow tolls on the A13 / A14 Paris-Normandy motorway?

Works for the rollout of free-flow tolls on the A13 / A14 Paris-Normandy motorway will take place up until 2027. The current 14 toll barriers are going to be removed.

Works are scheduled in 3 stages:

• Up to Summer 2024: installation of toll gantries
• 2024: creation of temporary detour lanes
• June then December 2024: switch to free-flow driving on temporary detour lanes

Return to the definitive lanes will take place in phases between 2026 until 2027. Specific landscaping work alongside the motorway is scheduled to begin in 2027.

This staggered rollout will limit impact of the works on traffic conditions. Speed will be limited when approaching and driving through the work sites for your safety and the safety of people working there.
