When you drive on a free-flow motorway, you have a period of 72 hours to pay the amount of the toll corresponding to your journey. Several payment solutions are available to you, including the possibility of creating a customer account. Why create a Sanef customer account?

By creating your Sanef customer account, you will be able to activate the option of automatic payment by linking your vehicle’s registration number with your bank card. After each passage, the amounts of the toll corresponding to journeys on the Sanef free-flow motorways (Paris-Normandy motorway and Boulay toll on the A4 motorway) will be automatically debited from your bank account.

The Sanef customer account also provides:

  • Access to details of your journeys on the free-flow motorway;
  • A notification service that sends you an email after each journey on the free-flow motorway to avoid late payments (if you haven’t opted for automatic payment);
  • A summary of information regarding the vehicle(s) and means of payment recorded in your account preferences;
