How do I consult the details of my free-flow journeys?

To access the details of your outstanding journeys and payments, you need to create a Sanef customer account.


By registering your vehicle on your account, you will have access to details of your journeys awaiting payment, grouped by date of journey. The motorway used and the category of your vehicle are also displayed.


You also have the option of declaring yourself as the main driver or owner of your vehicle (this action requires you to send a supporting document such as a vehicle registration document). This will give you access, in addition to the information listed above, to a breakdown of journeys by time of passage, as well as the exact location of the free-flow gantries where your vehicle has been detected.


After payment, the ‘History’ page of your account allows you to consult the payments made via your Sanef customer account and to download your receipts and invoices.
