How do I create my customer account?

The Sanef customer account gives you access to numerous advantages and services that make travelling on our motorways and paying your free-flow tolls easy.

You will be able to :

• register your vehicles and means of payment,
• activate the automatic payment of your toll charges,
• activate email notifications of toll charges to be paid,
• display the details of your journeys,
• store your payment receipts.

To create your account in just a few clicks :

• Go to the sanef.com website
• Click on "Open an account"
• Enter a valid email address and password, accept the general terms and conditions of use, then click on "Continue"
• Enter the 6-figure verification code sent to your email address and click on "Continue"
  Useful tip : the email with your code can take a few minutes to arrive. Think to check in your spam box/junk mail folder.
• Fill in your personal information: last name, given name and telephone number (optional) and then click on "Continue"

Your account has now been created !

You can then choose if you want to register your vehicles and means of payment for the Paris-Normandy motorway or the Boulay toll.

Useful tip : if you want to use your account to pay for your toll charges on the Paris-Normandy (A12/A14) motorway and the Boulay (A4) toll, you will have to activate both services and fill in the information for your vehicle(s) and means of payment twice.
