Sanef assistance - FAQ

How do I understand the toll amounts debited from my bank account?

Have you made and paid for several journeys on the Sanef or SAPN network with the same bank card? So your journeys are most certainly grouped together in a single direct debit from your account.
Please note: the groupings vary depending on the characteristics of your card and the authorizations put in place by the banking organizations.
To find your way around, identify the name of the direct debit on your account statement. This always includes figures which correspond to the period of the grouped journeys or to a specific date.

In practice:

  • The wording of the direct debit indicates "Sanef 0206-0506": this is the compilation of your journeys made between June 2 and 5 on the Sanef network.
  • The wording of the direct debit indicates "SAPN 0706": this is the compilation of your journeys made on June 7 on the SAPN network.
