What should I do if I haven't paid the right amount for the free-flow toll ?

Free-flow toll technology relies on the automatic registration of vehicles, recognition of their category (car, heavy goods vehicle, motorbike, etc.) and calculation of the toll to be paid.

If you notice an anomaly, contact the Sanef customer service department on +33 (0) 970  808 709  (no call surcharge) and provide:

  • your receipt number, which can be downloaded from your customer account if you have created one or generated when you made your online payment
  • your vehicle registration number
  • the amount of your toll charge inclusive of VAT.
