Why have I received a €375 fine ?
This fine of €375 was sent to you by the Police Court after the 2-month period granted to you for the settlement of your payment notice including the amount of the outstanding toll with the €90 surcharge.
Don't forget: you have a period of 72 hours in which to pay your tolls for journeys on a free-flow motorway.
Beyond this period, a payment notice will be sent to you with a €90 surcharge, reduces to €10 if you pay within 15 days after receiving the letter.
