What happens if I don't pay my payment notice ?
You have 72 hours in which to pay for your tolls on a free-flow motorway.
Beyond this deadline, a payment notice will be sent to you with a surcharge of €90, which is reduced to €10 if you pay within 15 days after receiving the letter.
If you do not settle the payment notice within 2 months following receipt of it, your file will then be automatically processed by the Police Court.
A set fine of €375 will be issued to you. This amount is established by the public authorities.
