I have sold my vehicle. What should I do so that the vehicle's future journeys are not invoiced to me?
When you sell your vehicle, you must hand the registration document to the purchaser after duly striking through the information and affixing the date of sale. You must also declare the sale on the website l'ANTS . It is the purchaser's responsibility to promptly record the registration document with their name and address.
As regards the payment of your journeys on the free-flow motorways, if you have opened a Sanef customer account and chosen the ""automatic payment option"", remember to delete the vehicle's registration number that you have linked to your bank card.
Ensure that you make this modification prior to selling your vehicle in order to avoid toll charges for journeys made by the new owner being automatically debited from your account.
In any case, if you receive a toll payment notice for one or several free-flow journeys made with your former vehicle, or if your account has been incorrectly debited, you can contest the payment by providing the proof of sale of your vehicle and the identity of the new owner to our customer service department.
