A free-flow toll gantry has been installed close to an existing toll. Will my journey be detected twice?

Gantries progressively installed on the Paris-Normandy route near to the current toll gates will not be operational before the second half of 2024.
When the gantries are commissioned, the old toll equpment will cease to function so there is no risk of having to pay twice for the same journey.
