If you are a victim of fraud or attempted fraud, we invite you to visit the government platform cybermalveillance.gouv.fr to report it and find advice.


If you have given us your bank details, we recommend that you contact your bank immediately to cancel your credit card. Remember to keep proof of the scam.


File a complaint with your local gendarmerie or police station or directly on the Pharos government portal


Change your passwords for sensitive digital services (banking sites, e-mail, etc.).
