Are you leaving the capital and heading for Lille, the Capital of Flanders? Take a break at the Survilliers Est rest area, located between the Vémars Est and Chamant rest areas. The Survilliers Est rest area is located just over 35 kilometres from the heart of Paris. A car park (including 40 HGV spaces) and toilets are available at all times of the day and night.
Heading north, you will find the Parc Asterix. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get there. Opened in 1989, this theme park dedicated to the world of Uderzo and Goscinny's comics borders the A1 motorway. It is located in the commune of Plailly dans l'Oise.
