How do I report damage to my vehicle after driving on the motorway?

Despite the constant monitoring and maintenance of our highways, it is possible that your vehicle may be damaged. Please report this to us as soon as possible and send us a claim file including:

  • a copy of the breakdown service invoice or any other document proving the vehicle repair
  • proof of toll payment (receipt, your Liber-t subscriber number, or the first and last 4 digits of your bank card)
  • a copy of your vehicle registration document

In addition, any information that helps us locate the incident and understand the circumstances in which it occurred will be useful in processing your claim:

  • Location of the incident, including the name of the highway, the direction of travel, a kilometer marker, a rest area, or an exit
  • Date and time
  • Photos of the damage.
