How do you guarantee the security of data collected as part of the free-flow system ?
We implement security measures with regard to the gantries, premises and information systems in order to prevent the customer’s data processed as part of the free-flow toll from being deformed, damaged or accessed by a non-authorised third party.
In practical terms, the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data are guaranteed by several technical and organisational measures that offer an adequate level of data protection in relation to the nature and purpose of the processing.
For example, as regards secure payments and bank card data, we call upon the company MONEXT who offers technical solutions for secure bank card payments that are PCI DSS certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard providing international certification that guarantees an optimal level of protection of customers’ bank data through the implementation of control and security measures).
