If you are a victim of fraud or attempted fraud, we encourage you to visit the government platform cybermalveillance.gouv.fr to report it and find advice.
If you have given out your bank details, we recommend that you contact your bank immediately to block your bank card. Remember to keep any evidence of this scam.
File a complaint with the gendarmerie or police station in your area or directly on the Pharos French government portal.
Change the passwords for your sensitive online services (banking websites, email, etc.).
