How do I change my contact details in my customer account?

To change your contact details (personal information and password), go to the "My Profile" section of your Sanef customer account.

How do I delete my customer account?

If you want to delete your Sanef customer account :

  • Go to the "My profile" section
  • Click on the button "Delete my customer account" at the bottom of the screen
  • Indicate why you want your account to be deleted
  • Send your request

You will receive an email confirming that your account has been deleted. You will no longer be able to connect to your account or have access to your information.

So please ensure that you have downloaded your documents, especially payment receipts, before deleting your account.

Please note :

  • if you have opted for automatic payment of your toll charges, any journeys made prior to your request to delete your account will be automatically debited from your account
  • if you wish to have access to or delete your personal data, please consult our confidentiality policy.

If I delete my customer account, will I still be able to access my payment receipts?

No, viewing your payment receipts is only possible through your customer account: this is a personal and customizable space that gives you access to various services, including tracking your visits and payments, and archiving your receipts.

If you wish, remember to download your payment receipts.
